What would His High Praise International be without our founder and apostolic leader Dr. Adrian Yuen? Born on August 9, 1953, in Honolulu, Hawaii, and called home to Glory on July 6, 2020. Dr. Yuen was the Founder & Pastor of His Highest Praise International, Redemption Bible College, & Redemption Academy. He lived his life in the firm belief that “Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6) and “Make Jesus your best friend” (Dr. Adrian Yuen). Adrian was fully dedicated to the calling God predestined for his life and grew a deep desire to encourage others to have a personal relationship with Jesus that will develop into a transformative and healing journey! Adrian was a father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and cousin; however, his passion also included the active roles of being a pastor, teacher, student, counselor, mediator, trainer, and friend. His goal was to win the lost, equip the believers, and train up leaders to share the gospel. That’s exactly what Pastor Yuen did before he went home to glory. For most of us, Dr. Adrian Yuen was our Moses bringing us out of Egypt. Now, as the Joshua of our time, we are fully equipped to lead the lost into the promised land. “Yours for the Journey.”
